I have known Shihan Marco Mazzola for over 6 years. My two sons and I have trained with him for that length of time. He is an incredible person and martial artist. In my opinion this is a much better way to stay in shape as opposed to a gym.
This place is great! Just opened recently, I decided to give it a try based on a neighbors recommendation. So glad I did. In my opinion this is a much better way to stay in shape as opposed to a gym. Awesome hour long work out that I swear will leave you sore the next day. The place is run by Shihan Marco. He is such a class act who commands respect but also shows an equal amount. I love that. The adult class is for teens and older, like myself, of any rank or belt color. Karate is something I've always wanted to try but I was a bit intimidated kind of like being the skinny weakling at a Golds Gym I felt I didn't belong in a class with black belts and brown belts. I was wrong. What better way to learn from those who are better than me. Thanks Marco, Jenn, Frank, Alex, George, and all the rest who have made me feel so welcome.

Best karate experience EVER!
Shihan Marco, is not only knowledgeable and respectful, but also funny. Its not common to enjoy an hour of exercise and learning, but somehow he makes it fun. I've also seen him work with kids and its great to watch how the kids react to the training. I seriously recommend it as an adult and I would also recommend it for your kids.
